Level 1 Reiki is designed to facilitate one’s own personal growth and well being.
Peg divides her Reiki Level 1 Attunement into two separates sessions so that students have the opportunity to practice self-healing on themselves for at least 21 days prior to participating in giving a Reiki Treatment. In this way students are more familiar with the process and have a chance to explore Reiki.
On Saturday Feb. 11th students will:
· Learn what is Reiki and the history of Reiki
· Learn how Reiki is given and received
· Learn the various levels of Reiki
· Learn what an attunement is
· Learn how to activate one’s hand chakras and practice sensing subtle energy
· Meditate to prepare for their attunement
· Be attuned to Reiki Level 1
On Thursday March 8th students will:
· Facilitate in giving a Reiki Treatment
· Receive a Reiki Treatment
· Ask questions regarding Reiki Level 1
After being attuned to Reiki, students will be able to:
1. Explain what Reiki is and what it does
2. Give yourself a Reiki treatment
3. Use Reiki for one’s own growth and well being
4. Participate in giving a Reiki treatment to another student in the class

Peg has been practicing Reiki since 2001 and has a Masters in Education.
