Janet is a Registered Nurse and CranialSacral Therapist.  Her extensive medical background in Environmental Illness, Food Sensitivities and Allergies lends her to practicing Holistic Medicine on a well balanced and integrated level.

 

Her passion lies in assisting individuals to a greater understanding of health, awakening to what factors may be having affect on any health issues and then exploring holistic options to those concerns.

 

Janet has received advanced training and experience in Allergies, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Environmental Illness.  Some of her accomplishments in these fields include:

 

*Founding the first Allergy/Chemical Sensitivity Support Group in Denver which later 

  became The Rocky Mountain Environmental Health Association.

 

*Editor for the MCS/EI monthly newsletter for 5 states and 11 Dr’s./Dentist in the

  Rocky Mountain Region.

                 

 *Started and was the newsletter editor for H.E.A.L. (Human Ecology Action League) in

  Atlanta GA.

 

*Was the Whole Foods Co-Op transporter to H.E.A.L. monthly meetings

 

Janet has also been actively involved in Organic Gardening, Special Needs Sewing, Hospice, Nursing for the Elderly, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living facilities and for In-Home Care Services for the majority of her career.

 

After a paralyzing injury left her unable to straighten and use her neck, shoulder, arm, dominant hand and in constant pain, Janet ventured more into holistic medicine.  Through CranialSacral Therapy (CST) and much “soul-searching” she regained full mobility and eliminated the paralyzing pain.
