Michelle is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master/Instructor and Founder of The Whole Life Center. Michelle's focus is in assisting individuals in expanding health and wholeness on the foundation of body awareness, inspiration and empowerment. She supports others in building and optimizing stronger health and vitality and on their journey into higher life essence. She strongly believes in the abilities we possess to heal ourselves and is pleased to work with others in learning how to bring their abilities forward. She also believes in the aspect of Spontaneous Healing and continues on her journey of experiences and education to a fuller understanding and integration of such. Michelle holds additional training in High Impact Lymphatic Drainage, Pre & Post Natal Massage, CranialSacral Therapy, Heated Stone Massage, Hospice Comfort Therapy, Upper Generations (Senior) Massage, Matrix Energetics, Reiki and through it's own development, her work known as SomaTones Syzygy. As a Licensed Massage Practitioner and Energy Work Practitioner, she has come to understand many dynamics of higher health from a "Whole Life" approach.
