Calendar for Room Rentals
Suite and Classroom listings on the Calendar reflect that rooms' availabilty for rental. All furnished suites.
Classroom rental includes tea bar, filtered water, microwave and refrigerator. Coffee service available
at an additional per day charge.
Suites:
#1 - Massage/Bodywork/Energywork
#2 - Counseling/Coaching/Consulting
#3 - Massage/Bodywork/Energywork
Classroom:
Class. - Classes, workshops, meetings, conferences, gatherings etc.
Accommodates up to 24 (theater style seating) and includes the use of:
*Tables and Chairs *Video Screen *Wireless Internet
*TV w/DVD Player *Marker boards w/Markers
Rental Fees:
Suites - $50.00 per day (up to 10 hrs.) $25.00 per 1/2 day (up to 5 hrs.) Deposit required.
(on-site laundering services available for suite rentals that require linen usage)
Classroom - $25.00 per hour w/a 2 hour minimum.
Coffee service (pots/urns and standard coffee. Also includes amenities) $25.00 per day
Deposit - Non-refundable deposit if the class is cancelled for any reason. 100% of deposit is due at the time of room reservation. Any set-up time needed is calculated as the beginning of the room rental.
*Up to 8 hrs. - $50.00 *8-16 hrs. - $100.00
*Workshops over 16 hrs.- 40% of total rental fee
